Return Policy

You may return most items sold by HealthierEnvironments.com. Please note that we are unable to exchange items. Unopened items can be returned within 5 days of your receipt provided you have an merchandise return authorization number from our customer support department. Products within the 5 day window which have been opened are subject to a fee of 15%. After 5 days a 15% restocking fee will assessed. No credit is available after 30 days. For products placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back shall be that of the customers.

Products must be returned in the original case, unused, and have all orginal packaging, manuals, and accessories.
